DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY
In parallel, we execute select ground-up development projects in Mexico's most dynamic tourism hubs. Zaffre manages the entire development lifecycle, from initial design, permitting, and financing through to construction and operational launch. By focusing on the later stages of the development process and leveraging our expertise in risk mitigation and cost control, we reduce execution risk and enhance investment profitability. Our development period targets an efficient 18 to 30 months to the commencement of operations, with six new hotels planned for development.


PROACTIVE ASSET MANAGEMENT: MAXIMIZING OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
Zaffre is not a passive investor; we are an active, hands-on asset manager. Post-acquisition or development, our team assumes full strategic ownership of each asset. This role is distinct from the day-to-day hotel operator and focuses on maximizing the long-term value of the investment. Our responsibilities include approving all capital expenditures, setting annual budgets, selecting hotel general managers, and driving key efficiency initiatives. We continuously monitor performance, benchmark against competitors, and execute renovations and expansions to ensure every asset operates at its peak potential, with an unwavering focus on profit maximization.
